  • We are looking for an experienced plumber to fill a growing need. We are a small family-oriented plumbing and HVAC company servicing Central Arkansas. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset.

    Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience

    • Minimum 4 years with Masters or Journeyman license

    • Provide A+ customer service experience

    • Can work independently and with an apprentice

    • Attention to detail is a must

    • Able to use an iPad

    • Strong organizational and mechanical skills

    • Complete residential rough-in knowledge from DWV, underground, city water connections

    • Troubleshooting

    • Must have a valid driver’s license and provide a clean DMV report covering the past 3 years

    • Must understand and comply with all safety and OSHA requirements

    • Authorized to work in the United States

    • Must be capable of effectively speaking and writing in the English language

    • Capable of working alone or on a team

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 3rd or 4th year Plumbing Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand and meet industry standards and regulations. The Plumbing Apprentice will work on various projects, from residential to commercial, and will collaborate with other tradespeople to deliver high-quality results.

    Responsibilities

    • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.

    • Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.

    • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.

    • Collaborate with HVAC technicians as needed for integrated system installations.

    • Assist with remodeling projects that involve plumbing modifications or installations.

    • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project details and timelines.

  • We are seeking an experienced CSR/Dispatcher that is familiar with the Plumbing and HVAC services industry. Experience with Service Titan is a huge plus.

    Duties

    • Receive and process incoming service requests via phone systems and other communication channels.

    • Utilize Service Titan software to assign service personnel to jobs based on availability and location.

    • Monitor the status of ongoing service calls and provide updates to customers as needed.

    • Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches, and customer interactions in the system.

    • Collaborate with supply chain and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

    • Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routing and scheduling of service personnel.

    • Provide support in managing inventory levels for necessary supplies related to service operations.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all dispatching activities.

    Skills

    • Experience with dispatching processes and supply chain management is preferred.

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Drain Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in drain cleaning, jetting, rodding and basic plumbing, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve drainage issues effectively. We prefer a minimum of 3 years experience. You would be expected to be proficient with the tools needed for this job including auger, mainline cleaner, jetter, etc.

    Duties

    • Clean and repair drainage issues in systems in residential and commercial settings.

    • Run a jetter or camera device.

    • Be customer oriented and professional.

    • Think outside the box to clean and diagnose issues with drain systems.

    • Conduct routine inspections of drainage systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.

    • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and recommendations.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience working on drain lines, running camera and drain cleaning devices and jetter equipment.

    • Ability to troubleshoot problems with drainage issues.

    • Experience with both residential and commercial drain systems.

    • Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in drain cleaning settings.

    • Basic skills in using iPad device for running Service Titan software.

    • A maintenance person mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving is highly desirable.

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
